Jar Jar returns in this 'Rogue One' parody
This fan-made trailer for "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" gives you exactly what you never wanted -- more Jar Jar Binks.
One character that would make trailers for "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" so much better is Jar Jar Binks, said absolutely no one ever. But that didn't stop fan Michael Murdock from making "Rogue Binks: A Star Wars Story" with Jar Jar standing in for Jyn Erso.
The video, which was posted Wednesday on YouTube, also features the "Star Wars Holiday Special" version of Princess Leia as Mon Mothma, complete with that horrible Wookiee Life Day song.
Other notable cameos include Boss Nass, Wicket the Ewok, Chewbacca Mom and George Lucas himself, with a rather ominous Disney logo backlighting him. Not sick of Jar Jar yet? Murdock also edited the annoying Gungan into "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" in the parody video "Star Wars: The Binks Awakens."
The real "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" is scheduled to hit theaters December 15 in Australia, and December 16 in the US and UK, luckily without Jar Jar.
