If you're the kind of person who always looks good in the morning when munching on your breakfast, there's a selfie gadget made for you.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal is offering a real selfie spoon. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch Selfie Spoon helps you snap a photo to post on social media when annoying people respond to your breakfast tweets with "Pics or it didn't happen!"

The gizmo is basically a selfie stick that extends 30 inches (76.2 centimeters) with a spoon at the end of it. It comes with a remote too. And yes, this is a real selfie stick you can get (for free, plus $7 shipping and handling).

While this is a fun gimmick from a cereal company, it's also an amusing way to point out how far some people will go to take the ultimate selfie. Just don't take it camping with you to use for bear selfies or to show the pope.

Personally, the last thing I want my friends to see is me chomping on noisy cereal first thing in the morning, or even late at night. After all, most of us use the cereal box itself to block our view of those eating across from us at the kitchen table.

But nowadays, many of us can't live more than five minutes without taking a photo of ourselves playing, working and eating. So if you're going to snap a photo of yourself munching away, you might as well do it with a free selfie spoon, right?
